Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide technical pre-sales support to various security products for the purpose of promoting and selling products/services to potential new customers and existing customers. Proven track record in security solutions selling and system integration knowledge

· participate in pre-sales activities including conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s, Supporting in security designs, writing/Preparing Solutions Docs, delivering product specific presentations and training… etc.

· Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.

· Provides security architecture and implementation plan in all aspects of Security Solutions.

· Primary and (Secondary) Product Manager for one or more of the security products.

· Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions in coordination with OEM’S

· Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.

Technology/vertical exposure:

· Strong presentation and technical BOM preparation, comparison / negotiation skills.

· Deep knowledge of communication protocols, Hardware Firewalls ( PaloAlto, CheckPoint) & Load balancer Knowledge, SIEM / SOAR ( IBM Qradar), Data Security / Protection (IBM Guardium), DarkWeb Monitoring tools like Cyble, BAS ( Breach Attack Simulations) PICUS, CASB/ SASE/SWG- Netskope, AntiAPT solutions , EDR(MS Defender, CrowdStrike, CarbonBlack, SentilOne) , IPS/IDS, VAPT, WAF, …etc. Being a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers. • Managing key aspects of the sales cycle including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and product specification. • Presenting the product and all features to customers at meetings and events.

· Fluent in communication

· Knowledge of Mumbai customers.
