**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **1-3 years** of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, or lead generation, ideally in construction, real estate, or creative industries.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills for engaging with potential clients over the phone.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and present relevant solutions.
- Experience with CRM software for tracking leads and follow-up actions.
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.
