**Role Overview**:

- The Pre-Sales Associate plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by preparing relevant and engaging demonstrations.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand Prospect Needs:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and tailor demo content to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain a repository of RFP content, templates, and case studies to streamline the response process and ensure consistency and accuracy
- Update the responses for RFQs
- Prepare customized reports, presentations, and data visualizations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects
- Provide timely and accurate responses to prospects
- Data Analysis: Use various data analysis techniques to understand customer profiles, market trends, and competitive insights to inform demo content
- Develop Custom Demos:
- Create and customize demos that showcase the capabilities of our products and services, ensuring they address the specific needs of each prospect
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure demos are relevant and impactful
- Gather Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from potential clients to refine demo content and improve future presentations
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving the pre-sales process and overall customer experience.
