Unique Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Pre-Sales Executive** with experience in **Real Estate Developer Organization** to join our team at on our upcoming project at **Baner-Pashan Link Road**. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by effectively engaging with prospective clients and assisting them in their property buying decisions. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and potential customers, providing comprehensive information about our real estate offerings and guiding clients through the pre-sales process. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a deep understanding of the real estate market, will be crucial in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage proactively with potential clients, via telephonic calls to understand their requirements and provide accurate information about our real estate projects.
- Explain project details to walk in Clients and solve their queries.
- Assist clients in selecting properties that align with their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities, while providing detailed explanations of pricing, payment plans, and associated legal procedures.
- Daily follow up of visited clients in CRM & daily reporting to Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and facilitate the conversion of prospects into qualified buyers.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective clients, their preferences, and interactions, using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Support the marketing team by providing input on promotional strategies, marketing materials, and sales campaigns.
- Assist in resolving client concerns, objections, or issues by providing timely and appropriate solutions, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Manage the pre-sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all pre-sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, B. Com or a related field.
- At least 2 years of pre-sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to drive sales and close deals successfully.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pre-Sales: 2 years (required)
