Pre-sales Executive

Qubic Properties, a leading real estate development company based in Balewadi, Pune, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by assisting potential clients through the initial stages of the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Providing detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and payment options.
- Arranging and conducting property tours for interested clients.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from pre-sales to sales.
- Assisting clients in completing necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Following up with clients to address any queries or concerns and facilitate the closing of deals.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is a plus.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
