Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Lead to support our sales team by providing technical expertise and driving the adoption of our cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering for cybersecurity solutions, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts and address client needs. This role is essential for shaping client engagements, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring successful solution implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and capabilities of TAC Security’s products.
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their technical requirements, translating them into tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Provide support in designing and architecting cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs and address their security challenges.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the creation of sales collateral, including white papers and technical documents.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in cybersecurity and competitive products to effectively position TAC Security’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements.
- Support the implementation and integration of solutions during the post-sales phase to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with a focus on cybersecurity products and solutions.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent technical presentation and demonstration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients to design and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and responding to RFPs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales support tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
