About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Representative to join our team at Paradigm Realty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Outreach: Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our company, products, and services.
  2. Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our offerings can meet those needs.
  3. Product Information: Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions.
  5. Lead Generation: Follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  6. Sales Support: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas and goals are met.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Time Management: Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  4. Persistence: Persistence and resilience in achieving targets.
  5. Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with Real Estate systems and practices.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
