Field Sales Representative

At CarWale, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential.
- Co-ordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numerical data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly sales targets.
