About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Truva. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and helping them navigate the housing market with ease and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position Truva's products and services.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property technology.
• Strong understanding of the housing market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
