Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identifyand target corporate clients in various industries including butnot limited to finance technology and healthcare.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with keydecisionmakers travel managers and procurement professionals withincorporate organizations to understand their travel needs andpreferences.
  3. Conduct thorough research andanalysis of market trends competitor activities and industrydevelopments to identify new business opportunities and stay aheadof the curve.
  4. Collaborate closely with themarketing team to develop targeted campaigns promotional materialsand sales collateral to effectively promote our services anddifferentiate our brand in the marketplace.
  5. Customize travel solutions and itineraries based on theunique requirements of corporate clients including group travelincentive trips corporate retreats and executivemeetings.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive salespresentations and proposals that showcase the value proposition ofour services and address the specific needs and objectives ofprospective clients.
  7. Negotiate pricingcontracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutuallybeneficial partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing expertguidance and recommendations on travel destinations accommodationsactivities and logistical arrangements.
  9. Coordinate with internal teams including operationscustomer service and finance to ensure seamless execution anddelivery of services that meet or exceed clientexpectations.
  10. Track sales performance analyzesales data and generate regular reports to monitor progress againsttargets identify areas for improvement and inform strategicdecisionmaking.
  11. Stay abreast of industry bestpractices emerging trends and technological advancements in thetravel and hospitality sector and share insights and knowledge withthe team.
