Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing business strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align on business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Experience with business strategy development and proposal preparation
- Strong collaboration skills with marketing and product teams
- Understanding of the IT industry and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the sectors we focus on (Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, etc.) is advantageous
