Territory Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
To drive B2B sales growth in the wire and cable segment by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with industrial clients, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through strategic sales planning and execution. Increase present market share from 3% to 10% in two years. Focusing on Govt Department namely CPWD, PWD, Contractors, Dealer, Builders Segment & Industrial Segment.
Requirements, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–10 years of B2B sales experience in the electrical, wire & cable, or industrial products sector.
- Strong understanding of wire and cable products, specifications, and applications.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
