Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications
- Sales Strategy and Business Development skills
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Proficiency in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the video management, surveillance, or AI industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Selling analytics across multiple verticals like Manufacturing , Healthcare, Retail , Real Estate ,Logistics etc
- Ability to Develop funnel for the Enterprise business in the region through direct and indirect channels
