Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the Delhi region
- Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government sectors
- Manage key client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technical and commisioning teams for seamless project delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in CCTV, security solutions, or electronics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle regional operations
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software
