Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Bengaluru office. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding our telecom-focused business within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, nurturing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales operations with a focus on telecom sector clients, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitie
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional performance.
Travel across the assigned region to support business development and client engagement efforts.
Qualifications
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the telecom or IT services industry.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies and enterprise IT solutions is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, market analysis, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability and willingness to travel as required within the region.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
5–10 years of relevant experience in technology, telecom, or IT services/consulting.

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
