Eligibility Criteria

Age:

  • BDM / Agency / Direct Sales: 32 years & below

  • Direct Tele FLS: 30 years & below

Education: Graduate (Full-time only)

Experience:

  • BDM – APC: 2–3 years in Agency Insurance Sales (Life / General / Health)

  • Agency Manager: 1–3 years in BFSI Sales (Insurance preferred)

  • Direct Sales Manager: 1–3 years in BFSI Field Sales

  • Direct Tele – FLS: Min. 6 months in finance-related Tele-Sales (Insurance – GI/LI/HI/MI, Demat, Credit Cards, etc.)

Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler (for field roles)

  • Must have local market experience

  • Good communication skills (for Direct Tele role)

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with max 30 days' notice period preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development in assigned territory

  • Recruit, train, and manage agency partners/advisors (APC & Agency roles)

  • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships

  • Execute direct field sales (Direct Sales Manager) and tele-sales activities (Direct Tele – FLS)

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies
