Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager – Sales (Field) to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, meeting clients on-site, presenting products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in field sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients through field visits, market research, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Visit customer sites regularly to pitch products/services and understand client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
