About the Opportunity:We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead lead generation, sales, and business opportunities for Yobee's suite of products. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in B2B Fintech Sales, eager to advance their career in a dynamic and growing company.About the Role:Sales Development: Lead efforts in generating leads, driving sales, and business development for Yobee’s products—Tradebox and Publisher. Identify new opportunities from BFSI sector along with exploring avenues in other industriesIdentifying new business opportunities: Analyze market trends and research to identify new sales leads and potential expansion opportunities within BFSISales Management: Manage end to end sales cycle – presentation, commercial negotiation, defining partners scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely product go liveStrategy: Develop a highly scalable yet personalised outbound outreach strategy and identify areas for process improvement, efficiency, and productivity.Up-Sell/Cross-Sell: Achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new business generation.Business POC: Be the point of contact for internal & external stakeholders of YobeeReporting: Monitor business pipeline and report to CEO Co-founder.Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and partners to identify new opportunities to generate quality leads and boost revenue.About You:Experience: 0 - 4 years of sales experience in Finance industry with a successful business development track record.
