About Us:

We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency helping businesses build strong online presence and drive measurable results. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our client base in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services in Pune.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, leveraging personal and professional contacts.
  • Pitch and sell Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Branding, Website Development, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain client database, prepare sales reports, and update management regularly.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities in Pune.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be based in Pune with good contacts/network in Pune.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in Digital Marketing/Advertising/IT services). Freshers with excellent communication and strong networking ability may also apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing services and explain them clearly to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and online communication tools will be an added advantage.
