
Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market through calls, emails, social media, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct detailed research to understand client needs and requirements.
- Present and pitch IT products such as firewalls, endpoint solutions, NetApp, Nutanix, video conferencing solutions, networking, and Azure services to potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure recurring inquiries and long-term collaboration.
- Schedule and coordinate face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements and develop rapport.
- Organize and execute successful virtual webinars and events for product demonstrations.
- Lead Management:
- Discover and identify potential contacts from various portals and platforms.
- Follow up on leads, conduct in-depth research, and identify potential prospects.
- Perform needs analysis to understand client pain points and position IKS solutions accordingly.
- Pipeline Management:
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Regularly update and report leads, prospects, and opportunities using pipeline and forecast principles.
- Prepare weekly and monthly prospecting reports.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achieve team objectives.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in written communication for professional correspondence.
- Mandatory experience in enterprise sales within the IT industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹45,000.00 per month
