About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is energetic, extroverted, and passionate about building connections. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, has great convincing skills, and wants to start their career in sales & client acquisition in the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing, branding, etc.).
- Set up meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project execution.
Requirements
- Based in Pune.
- Freshers / college-going students with strong interest in sales can apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing ability and confidence in client interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Prior internship/experience in sales or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
