**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report on business development performance and targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate and nurture leads effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is a plus.
- Good contact base in Pune and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

**Eligibility**:

- 1-2 years of experience in business development (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Must be based in Pune or nearby areas.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,188.45 - ₹30,450.32 per month
