We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency helping businesses build strong online presence and drive results. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and expand our client base in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in Pune for digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses using personal and professional contacts.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Branding, Websites, etc.).
- Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain client database, sales pipeline, and prepare reports for management.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Must be based in Pune with strong local contacts/network.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in Digital Marketing, Media, or IT). Freshers with excellent communication & networking skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services clearly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client handling.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
