**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**
- Identifying and researching potential B2B clients through online channels like LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and industry-specific platforms.
- Utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and track leads.

**Client Engagement**:

- Contacting potential clients to understand their needs and business requirements.
- Presenting the company's products or services and demonstrating their value proposition.
- Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Qualifying leads and progressing them through the sales funnel.
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
- Negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

**Performance Management**:

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimizing sales processes.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
