**Skylark Elemech Pvt Ltd**is a leading electrical contractor specializing in residential, commercial and industrial and interior architect solutions. With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we're looking to expand our footprint and take on new markets.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the construction, real estate and facilities management sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and interior architects electrical services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects and property managers.
- Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the project and estimating team to tailor solutions that meet clients needs.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline and goals.
- Stay Up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in the electrical or construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
