Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Pune
Duration: Permanent Position, Work from Office
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and market research. You'll work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities, support sales strategies, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Support the team in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication with potential clients.
- Support digital marketing and lead generation campaigns, as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior internship or experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Most preferred female candidates.
