Job Title: Inside Sales Team Leader – Online MBA Sales

Location: Pune

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Inside Sales team for Online MBA programs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
  • Act as an individual contributor while guiding the team to drive admissions and revenue.
  • Motivate, mentor, and lead the team by setting an example in work ethic, communication, and results.
  • Monitor and manage team performance metrics including targets, call quality, and conversions.
  • Handle and minimize attrition, shrinkage, and absenteeism, ensuring optimum productivity.
  • Work closely with management to set sales strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with team members as a team player, supporting colleagues when required.
  • Ensure high discipline and adherence to timelines, with flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Online MBA sales (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Knowledge of attrition, shrinkage, and performance management.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week with no shift timing constraints.
  • Ability to balance individual contribution and team management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
