Job Title: Inside Sales Team Manager – Online MBA
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Inside Sales Team Manager to lead our Online MBA sales process. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the Online MBA admission cycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team while also contributing individually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Counselors, driving them to achieve admission targets.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure team success.
- Act as an individual contributor by directly handling leads and conversions when required.
- Maintain and track sales performance using CRM and management tools.
- Motivate the team by leading with example in sales calls, student handling, and target achievement.
- Coordinate with management to strategize and implement effective admission campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and student satisfaction throughout the admission process.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Online MBA sales/admission process.
- Ability to lead with example, inspiring the team through action.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
- Good knowledge of CRM and other sales management tools.
- Capable of working as an individual contributor when required.
- Highly target oriented with proven sales track record.
- Flexible to work extended/long hours when needed.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
