Job Title: Deputy Manager – Inside Sales (Online MBA Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve set targets for admissions and revenue.
  • Take complete ownership of the project, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Handle target setting, planning, and achievement in line with business objectives.
  • Act as an individual contributor when required to drive sales and close leads.
  • Build and maintain B2B partnerships by visiting companies for tie-ups and corporate sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to monitor performance, optimize sales processes, and ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility with no shift timing issues and readiness to work extended hours when required.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales / Educational Sales (preferably Online MBA or Higher Education programs).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to take initiative, plan strategically, and execute effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for corporate tie-ups and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Education Sales with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480, ₹600,000.00 per year
