Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our Online MBA sales team. The ideal candidate will be a true leader, who leads by example, demonstrates strategic thinking, discipline, and a results-driven approach. This role is responsible for driving student enrollments through online sales channels, mentoring a high-performing team, and contributing to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Inside Sales Team focused on Online MBA programs.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets; monitor team performance and drive results.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and planning to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for team outcomes and individual KPIs.
  • Ensure high standards of discipline and punctuality across the team.
  • Provide strategic input based on market trends, competitor analysis, and student behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Use analytical thinking to review performance data and optimize processes.
  • Train the sales team in best practices, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance and improvement areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in online sales (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Highly disciplined, punctual, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Eligibility: Only candidates with proven experience in Online Sales will be considered.Compensation:
