We are seeking a Regional Head - Sales (SEA) to spearhead revenue growth and market expansion in the South East Asian region. In this role, you'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, manage costs for profitability, and build strategic partnerships. You'll lead and scale a high-performing sales team, align sales strategies with business objectives, and drive customer success and retention through data-driven insights and personalized engagement

As a Regional Head - Sales (SEA), you'll
:

Revenue Growth & Sales Strate

  • gyDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the SEA region to achieve aggressive revenue target
  • s.Build and scale a high-performing sales team to optimize lead conversion.

Cost Ownership

  • Own the cost for the SEA market, ensuring cost efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth
  • Manage customer acquisition costs (CAC), marketing budgets, and operational expenses to improve unit economics
  • Collaborate with the finance team to forecast, budget, and optimize regional financial performance

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with institutions, corporates, and educational bodies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine offerings
  • Develop pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and cost considerations.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-impact sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives

Customer Success & Retention

  • Improve customer satisfaction and retention through personalized engagement and data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with customer success

I
N , you'll need:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the EdTech, SaaS, or online education sector.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L with strong cost management.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, including partnerships with universities, corporates, and institutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing customer acquisition costs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a
