About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious
Sales Head
to drive sales performance and support business growth across our real estate projects. This role is ideal for
high-energy freshers or professionals with 1–2 years of sales experience
who are eager to grow into a leadership position and take ownership of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for residential real estate projects and achieve assigned targets
  • Handle leads generated from digital marketing, site visits, and walk-ins
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead conversion
  • Manage client interactions from enquiry to closure
  • Maintain accurate data and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Support channel partners and assist in closing deals
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management
  • Learn and implement sales strategies under senior guidance

Skills & Eligibility

  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales / real estate / business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
  • Comfortable with site visits and client meetings
