Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will lead the sales team and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and mentoring the sales team. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market research and strategy development
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Experience in the interior design or related industries is a plus
