Sales Head
to lead our sales function and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Role Summary:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for owning and delivering the revenue targets across projects. You will lead and mentor the sales team, build robust sales systems, and drive customer conversions from enquiry to closure. You will work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve project-wise revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team
- Drive end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead qualification to closure
- Set and monitor KPIs for the team and ensure achievement of targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and nurturing strategy
- Build strong broker/channel partner relationships and manage key accounts
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance analyses to identify improvement areas
- Ensure CRM hygiene, customer satisfaction, and timely documentation
Who You Are:
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales; experience in the luxury segment will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales automation systems.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about building something meaningful.
