Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head located in Bengaluru. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, driving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with partners and clients. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing financial metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize the growth and profitability of the branch. The role demands leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee branch operations and motivate the team.
  • Sales and business development abilities to achieve targets and foster partner and client relationships.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking for financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of financial products, market trends, and compliance regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools commonly used in business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferable.
  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the financial or sales domain is highly desirable.
