We are seeking a dynamic and experienced interior designer as a
Branch Head
to join our team in

Bangalore. The Branch Head will oversee branch operations, drive sales strategies, and ensure

top-tier customer service while working closely with interior design projects.

Skills


• Demonstrated expertise in interior design with strong focus on residential interiors is mandatory.


• Proven experience leading and managing design/sales strategies to drive business growth.


• Experience within residential interiors, ensuring design meets client specifications and quality

standards.


• Excellent management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to

detail.


• Strong leadership and motivational skills with experience managing teams to achieve business

goals.

Roles and Responsibilities


• Lead branch operations efficiently, aligning with company goals and standards in design, sales,

and customer service.


• Develop and implement sales strategies to advance customer acquisition and revenue.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery of projects.


• Maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction with service and outcomes.


• Supervise design and implementation phases ensuring quality and aesthetic appeal.


• Mentor and lead design teams promoting a positive and productive environment.


• Conduct market research to stay informed of trends, customer preferences, and emerging

opportunities.


• Prepare regular branch performance reports and suggest strategies for process improvement.

UG: B.Des. in Furniture Design, B.Arch in Architecture
