Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Branch Head to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will lead our study abroad initiatives, manage branch operations, and drive the success of student recruitment and engagement strategies. Qualifications and Skills

  • Visa Documentation (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and overseeing visa processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations and requirements.
  • Student Counseling (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to provide comprehensive guidance to students, addressing their educational and career aspirations effectively.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing student recruitment strategies to enhance enrollment and engagement.
  • International Partnerships: Strong capability to build and maintain partnerships with international universities and educational institutions.
  • Financial Planning: Proficient in budgeting and financial planning to optimize branch operations and student services.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Adept at crafting and executing marketing strategies to reach potential students and promote services.
  • CRM Software: Experience with CRM tools to manage student data and interactions efficiently for improved service delivery.
  • Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of diverse cultures, enhancing communication and relationship-building with students and partners globally.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch's study abroad services, ensuring high-quality support and guidance for prospective students.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to increase student enrollment and retention rates.
  • Oversee visa documentation processes, ensuring compliance and timely submission of applications.
  • Maintain and foster partnerships with international universities and educational institutions.
  • Conduct financial planning and budgeting to manage branch resources and operations effectively.
  • Implement marketing and outreach efforts to promote Edgo's services and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless use of CRM software for handling student inquiries and data management.
  • Collaborate with Student Ambassadors to enhance the mentorship and support network for students.
