Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for the Sales Head - Events position. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing all event sales activities, from planning to execution. This includes developing sales strategies, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with clients to ensure their event requirements are met. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to promote events and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and sales strategies
  • Event Planning and Event Management experience
  • Demonstrated Sales skills and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
