We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Head for reputed company in the Hospitality Industry. This role will focus on premium residential projects based in Bangalore.
Job Description:
- The candidate will be responsible for handling sales and marketing activities for the premium residential projects in Bangalore.
- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives.
- This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analyzing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.
- Managing and motivating the sales team: A sales head manages and motivates their team to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity: A sales head is responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- This includes analyzing market data, conducting research and using this information to make informed sales decisions.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
