Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing at Delight Eco Farms Pvt. Ltd., located in Bangalore Urban. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and maintaining relationships with key accounts. This role will also involve setting and achieving sales targets, leading account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Team Management and Account Management
  • Analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
