Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for all marketing verticals, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
  • Manage brand and reputation.
  • Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and define customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and grow market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with external vendors such as marketing agencies to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Head of Marketing or Sr. Marketing Manager, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing (webinars, blogging, social media marketing, search engine marketing, Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, remarketing, etc.) and BTL activities.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching a marketing team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create marketing strategies independently.
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MBA with a minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Digital Marketing certification and relevant experience are mandatory.
  • Experience conducting offline marketing events.
  • Exposure to the global training business is an added advantage.
