The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Leader who can blend strategy, execution, and culture-building to make client a brand every student swears by. You'll lead both online campaigns and on-ground college activations, positioning client as more than just a platform—it should feel like a movement.

This is not just a job; it's a growth track. We want someone hungry enough to prove themselves today as Head of Marketing and grow into Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) over the next few years.

What You'll Do
  • Build client's brand voice and culture narrative that aligns with Gen Z.
  • Drive social media, influencer marketing, content creation, performance marketing, SEO/ASO, and community engagement.
  • Launch and scale campus activations, events, and partnerships that build a strong offline presence.
  • Design campaigns that are culturally relevant, bold, and drive adoption.
  • Balance creative storytelling with performance metrics—because both matter.
  • Work closely with founders, while building a lean team and partner ecosystem.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in digital-first, youth, or consumer brands.
  • Prior success in building Gen Z or student-focused campaigns (edtech, lifestyle, D2C, fintech, entertainment, or gig economy preferred).
  • Strong grasp of youth culture, campus trends, and digital communities.
  • Hands-on hustler who can ideate, execute, and optimize campaigns.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
Growth Trajectory at client
  • Year 1: Establish client's online + on-ground marketing engine.
  • Year 2: Build and lead a growing marketing team; scale national campaigns.
  • Year 3: Step into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role, driving brand strategy at a national level and shaping the voice of India's largest student community.
