Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Sales Head. The Sales Head will oversee and manage the end-to-end sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve set sales targets. Responsibilities also include fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth to drive business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in Team Management and Account Management to effectively lead and collaborate with others
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and devise data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in relationship building and client engagement
  • Proven track record in leadership roles, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
