Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across India and global markets.
The sales head will lead sales growth for Kramah by driving strategy, managing the sales team and expanding market reach while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential Educational Institutions, Universities and Group Institutions through research, networking and outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations for deals, ensuring favourable terms while addressing client concerns and closing contracts effectively.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning and opportunities for new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and quality teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- A deadline-oriented approach
- Account Management: Provide ongoing support and relationship management for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 7 years (not more than 7 years) of experience in B2B software/enterprise solution sales.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to government, regulatory bodies, accreditation councils, universities, or enterprise segments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, digital transformation, process automation, and compliance-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience handling large accounts, tenders and long sales cycles.
