MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ✓ To research consumer requirements and represent Buzzworks with a comprehensive IT Staffing solution package ✓ To develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Buzzworks customer base ✓ To sell IT Staffing products by implementing national sales plans & getting it executed with the help of delivery team ✓ To own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts ✓ To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products ✓ To determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results ✓ To effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations ✓ To understand category-specific landscapes and trends ✓ To report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts ✓ To present weekly/fortnightly/monthly dashboard on profitability
