Head of Sales
who can take us
10x
in the next
6 months
and grow into our
Chief Business Officer (CBO)
.
Your Mission (What You'll Do)
- Own
revenue growth
-> deliver 10X revenue Growth within 6 months. - Build the sales engine from scratch
→ prospecting, pitching, and closing deals end-to-end. No legacy baggage, no playbook handed down — you'll
design, implement, and execute it yourself
. - Identify, pitch, and close
D2C brands, SMBs, and marketing leaders who are hungry for creator-led growth. - Create and refine the sales playbook
— test, iterate, and optimize based on data. Be analytical, take feedback from what works and what doesn't, and
leverage AI tools to automate wherever possible
. - Run the full cycle
: lead generation → pitching → closing → handoff to Ops. Absolute ownership, no silos. - Work closely with the CEO and COO to align revenue strategy with campaign delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships
— be the trusted partner to CMOs, brand heads, and founders. - Scale yourself into a leader
: once the engine is working, hire, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team. - Be the face of

What We're Looking For (Who You Are?)
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in India
, preferably with D2C brands, digital marketing, or influencer marketing. - Proven track record of
closing ₹Lakh+ deals
with marketing heads / CMOs. - Hunter DNA
→ you've been an early sales hire or sole IC, built your own pipeline, and delivered without a large team. - Client-first mindset
→ you understand how to service brands and exceed expectations in a social media/influencer context. - Process-driven operator
→ detail-oriented, disciplined with CRM, reporting, and forecasting. - High energy, resilient, hands-on
— thrives in a resource-constrained, fast-paced startup. - Excellent
relationship-building and networking
