Role Overview

The Marketing Head will be responsible for defining and executing the digital marketing strategy of Maintain, with specific emphasis on social media presence, paid advertising, content creation, audience engagement, performance measurement, and brand consistency. This role will lead the planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of campaigns that help increase brand awareness, drive leads / sales, and grow engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), aligned with Maintain's brand goals and target audience.
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain a content calendar; oversee content creation (copy, visuals, videos) ensuring creative consistency and brand voice.
  • Plan, execute, monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (social media ads, display, etc.), ensuring good ROI and alignment with budget.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments/messages, monitor sentiment; build a positive, interactive brand presence.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, conversion, cost per acquisition, ROI), prepare regular reports and use data to refine strategies.
  • Coordinate with other teams (creative, product, sales, customer support) to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital / social media trends, platform changes, ad policies and best practices; propose new tactics or channels.
  • Manage marketing budget for social + ads, ensuring efficient allocation and limit overspend.
  • Possibly manage / mentor one or more junior members (content creators, social media executives, ad specialists).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with significant exposure to social media management and paid advertising.
  • Demonstrated track record of running social media campaigns that led to measurable growth (followers, engagement, leads or sales).
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, platform Insights etc.) and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proficiency in content creation & creative thinking: good copywriting skills; understanding of design / video basics (not necessarily doing everything yourself, but able to guide).
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns / platforms at once; meets deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
  • Budget management skills & cost-conscious mindset.
  • Adaptability: comfortable with fast changes in digital advertising / social media landscape.
