Job description:

We are into luxury cars sales, having our head office in Bangalore.  We are looking for Head of Sales, with excellent experience in luxury car sales. Preferred Brands like  Audi , Mercedes Benz ,BMW , Porsche and Jaguar.

  1. Focus on Karnataka Market
  2. Discuss and accept Sales targets, track progress and achieve targets.
  3. Prepare annual sales plan for the assigned area of operation, forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review
  4. Manage CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales & generate new enquiries
  5. Develop the marketing plan for the year with the support of Marketing Head for the assigned area of operations.
  6. Maintain a strong focus on product and service satisfaction of all customers.
  7. Proactive in approach and build good connect with the existing customers
  8. Analyze the market conditions and make changes in the sales strategies accordingly
  9. Promote and sell Merchandise, accessories, finance and Insurance sales to maximize revenue
  10. Monitor vehicle inventory, order pipeline and delivery to customers
  11. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with management for review and planning

Preferred:

Candidate from Karnataka, must know local language

Should be a smart, dynamic and a go-getter.

Excellent in communication and oral language
