About Us:
At Lila, we design and build high-quality children's furniture and complete kids' spaces. As a growing design-led company, we're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, accounts, and logistics to keep our studio running smoothly.
Role Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative and financial operations, ensuring accurate accounts, coordinating logistics, and supporting the team with day-to-day operational needs. This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain weekly accounts, reconcile expenses, and ensure timely updates.
- Track invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain financial records.
- Prepare quotations for clients and vendors.
Operations & Logistics
- Create e-way bills and manage GST-related compliance documentation.
- Book transport for dispatch of furniture and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Oversee outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Book domestic and international flight tickets for the team when required.
Office Management
- Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain organized records of operational and financial documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration, accounts, or operations.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
