Job Description – Administration Manager & EDO
Function – Administration & EDO
Reporting to – Managing Director
Administration Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
To deal with various vendors
Monitor and maintain lease and licence agreement with vendors and various services.
Coordinate with vendors for building power, infrastructure, parking, office infrastructure, fit out repairs, access control system etc.
2. Travel Management:
To monitor employees Domestic and international travel planning, booking of tickets, Cab arrangement, Hotel booking and foreign exchange.
Monitor and support for employees Visa processing and documentation activities.
3. Facility Management:
Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities of Jayanagar office, OTC road office and Girnaar factory
Plan, schedule and promote office events, including meeting arrangement, conference, support for interview, orientation for new joinees.
Support to HR Department for the arrangement of Birthday celebration and events.
4. Invoice processing:
- Scrutinizing and timely processing of administrative bills and payments.
5. General Management:
Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material within budget constrain
Monitor Snacks arrangement of Jayanager and OTC road office as per daily attendance and budget.
Develop review and improve administrative system, policies and procedures.
Supervise housekeeping and security services of Jayanagar office, OTC road office and Girnaar factory
Coordinate and licensing with Government department.
EDO Responsibilities :
Maintain complex and detailed calendar of Directors
Fixing appointment with stakeholders, customers etc.
Handel regular calls, meetings, emails
Lead and coordinate on ad hoc project as requested
Help in automation of routine task
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹28,461.12 per month
